A fast-growing tech-led digital marketing agency operating across India, we help startups and SMEs build scalable social media ecosystems—from content strategy to viral campaign engineering. Our remote-first team thrives on creativity, data, and speed, turning raw engagement into measurable growth for clients in fintech, edtech, and D2C. You'll be embedded in real client projects from Day 1—no coffee runs, just meaningful work.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create and schedule platform-optimized content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Monitor analytics dashboards to track engagement, CTR, and follower growth; flag trends and suggest optimizations.
• Assist in designing Reels, carousels, and stories using Canva or CapCut—no design degree needed, just pixel sense.
• Engage with audiences: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with brand-aligned tone and speed.
• Support campaign ideation: research viral hooks, meme formats, and competitor playbooks for weekly strategy sprints.
• Compile weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations for the social lead.
