Social Media & Growth Manager

About the Role

Were looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media Manager who understands Web3, crypto trends, viral content, and audience growth.

You will be responsible for transforming podcasts, videos, and ideas into engaging, high-performing content across YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly social media and content strategies.
• Identify trending topics, viral opportunities, and emerging narratives in Web3 and crypto.
• Write compelling scripts, hooks, captions, titles, and content briefs.
• Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and platform-wise distribution.
• Repurpose podcasts and long-form videos into 15+ short-form and platform-specific content pieces.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and other team members to ensure timely content delivery.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve content strategy.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with content creators, influencers, or podcasts.
• Experience in web3
• Understanding of YouTube growth, audience retention, and content analytics.
• Experience using AI tools to improve content research, ideation, and production workflows.
