Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Plan and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas for social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Write creative captions and short-form content that connect with the target audience.
• Help manage social media accounts and keep brand pages active and engaging.
• Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing team members to bring content ideas to life.
• Prepare and maintain monthly social media content plans.
• Research trending topics, popular content formats, competitors, and audience interests.
• Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns and other digital marketing activities.
• Review campaign performance and help prepare reports on reach, engagement, and leads.
• Support website content, blog writing, and other marketing communication when required.
• Explore new content opportunities and suggest ideas to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are welcome.
• A genuine interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Good communication skills and the ability to write clear, engaging content.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and an understanding of what makes content interesting.
• Basic familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar digital marketing tools.
• An understanding of social media platforms and their content formats.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, meet deadlines, and work well with a team.
