About The Bride Side

The Bride Side is a wedding planning tech company focused on creating exceptional wedding experiences. We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Executive with a strong background in fashion and lifestyle brands who can create engaging content, strengthen our digital presence, and bring our brand story to life across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
-Plan, develop, and execute engaging content calendars.
-Create and coordinate Reels, posts, stories, and social media campaigns.
-Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, and content styles.
-Coordinate with creators, designers, photographers, and internal teams for content production.
-Attend and coordinate Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) shoots, including on-site content creation.
-Develop creative content strategies to improve brand visibility, reach, and engagement.
-Monitor social media performance, analyse insights, and track key metrics.
-Support digital marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
-Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and ensure timely content delivery.

What We’re Looking For

-1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
-Prior experience with fashion and lifestyle brands is mandatory.
-Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
-Excellent content sense, creativity, and a strong aesthetic eye.
-Good understanding of social media analytics, reach, engagement, and performance metrics.
-Awareness of emerging trends, content formats, and viral opportunities.
-Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
-A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach to work.
-Comfortable attending BTS shoots and coordinating on-site content creation.
-Experience in the wedding, events, bridal, or luxury lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.
