Social Media Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong skills in social media content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Experience in social media strategy, campaign planning, and community management to build and engage professional audiences.
• Experience or interest in event coordination, event promotion, and participant engagement.
• Ability to support sales and business development activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, program promotion, and relationship building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with members, clients, participants, speakers, and corporate contacts.
• Ability to use social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize content and posting schedules.
• Proficiency in digital marketing fundamentals, including brand positioning, audience segmentation, and online reputation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, events, sales follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative environment and coordinating with program, events, marketing, and sales teams.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in social media or digital marketing are a plus.
• Prior experience in an educational, professional association, events, training, or membership-based organization is preferred but not mandatory.
