Social Media Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to build and grow Maxaixs social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end social media content creation, including posts, reels, videos, AI-generated visuals, and influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.

• Create engaging social media posts, reels, short-form videos, captions, and other creative content.
• Use AI-powered tools to design images, generate videos, and create visually appealing social media creatives.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars and posting schedules.
• Develop creative content strategies to build and strengthen the brands social media presence.
• Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and promotional campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth to improve social media performance.
• Research trends, hashtags, and new content formats to improve visibility and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the US team to align content with brand goals and target audiences.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Hands-on experience creating social media posts, reels, and videos.
• Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and AI-powered image and video creation tools.
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and content-writing skills.
• Good communication and influencer coordination skills.
• Ability to manage social media content end-to-end, from ideation and creation to publishing and performance tracking.
• A portfolio of social media posts, videos, or campaigns is preferred.
