Social Media Executive

Role summary
We are looking for a Social Media Executive whose main job is to create and post content on our social media channels. You will come up with ideas, make posts, Reels and stories, and publish them on schedule to grow our audience and engagement.
Key responsibilities
Content planning and creation

• Create original content daily: posts, carousels, stories, Reels and Shorts
• Shoot and edit short videos and photos, including behind-the-scenes and product content
• Design graphics using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar tools
• Write captions, hashtags and short copy in the brand voice
• Build and run a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Jump on relevant trends, festivals and moments with timely content

Channel and community management

• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer or Hootsuite
• Reply to comments and messages promptly and escalate complaints
• Grow followers and engagement through contests, collaborations and trends

Campaign support

• Create content for product launches, festive campaigns and events
• Coordinate with creators or influencers for collaborations when needed

Analytics and reporting

• Track reach, engagement and follower growth for each post and platform
• Share a short monthly report on which content worked best and what to try next

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts
• A portfolio of social posts, campaigns or pages you have managed

Skills

• Strong copywriting in English; Hindi is a plus
• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
• Up to date with platform trends, formats and algorithm changes
