Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Associate who understands social media beyond just posting content. The role involves content planning, execution, trend spotting, community management and tracking what is working across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and YouTube.
• Assist in planning and maintaining the monthly social media calendar.
• Research trending topics, formats, conversations and related content opportunities.
• Support content creation including reels, carousels, static posts, stories and short-form videos.
• Write crisp, engaging copy and captions aligned with the brand tone.
• Coordinate with designers, video teams and internal stakeholders to execute content on time.
• Monitor comments, messages and social conversations and ensure timely responses.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular MIS with key metrics, insights and learnings.
• Identify what is working and suggest new content formats, ideas and initiatives.
• Ensure social media hygiene, consistency and adherence to brand and compliance guidelines.
