About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Executive who can take ideas from research to publish-ready content. The role involves content creation, social media management, research, writing, carousel creation and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Create carousels, reels, scripts, captions and other content for Sprout DG and client accounts.
- Research business, startup, marketing and media trends and turn them into relevant content.
- Manage content calendars and publish/schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Fact-check content and maintain strong standards of accuracy, grammar and brand tone.
- Repurpose content across different formats and platforms.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports with insights.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, photographers and videographers.
- Assist with shoots and influencer/PR-led campaigns when required.
- Communicate with clients when required and incorporate feedback.
- Take ownership of assigned work and meet deadlines consistently.
What We Are Looking For
- 01 year of experience in content creation, social media, digital media or a similar role.
- Excellent written English; good Hindi writing ability is preferred.
- Strong research and fact-checking skills.
- Genuine interest in business, startups, brands, marketing and media.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and basic graphic design.
- Working knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
- Portfolio of content, carousels, social posts, scripts or articles.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and ideation while maintaining originality.
- Organized, deadline-driven and able to work independently.
- Must be able to work from our Noida office.
- Must have a reliable personal laptop.
Good to Have
- Agency or multi-account experience
- Understanding of PR and founder-led branding
- Basic photography/video shooting skills
- Basic video editing skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B content
