About this role
We are looking for a creative Social Media professional who can take ownership of the visual communication and digital presence of our brands.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics and be able to independently create professional, premium and consistent visual content for both company and personal brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create professional graphics and creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other platforms
- Design social media posts, stories, carousels, presentations and campaigns
- Edit short-form videos/reels and basic videography
- Develop monthly social media calendars and content schedules
- Plan and execute regular content across Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn
- Manage and coordinate mass email campaigns/newsletters
- Create professional presentations and brand communication material
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts and visual language
- Assist in building and strengthening the personal brands of the founders/designers
- Support company branding, launches, events, collections and campaigns
- Coordinate with the design/content team to turn ideas into polished visual communication
- Research trends and develop fresh ideas for content and presentation
- Maintain an organised content library and monthly content calendar
Software / Skills:
- Strong command of graphic design software Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / similar
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign preferred
- Video editing skills Premiere Pro / CapCut / similar
- Good understanding of social media formats and platforms
- Strong presentation-making skills
- Good understanding of typography, composition, branding and visual storytelling
- Basic photography/videography skills would be an advantage
Personal Qualities:
- Excellent aesthetic sense
- Creative and visually driven
- Good English communication
- Presentable and professional
- Organised and able to manage monthly calendars and deadlines independently
- Proactive should be able to bring ideas rather than only execute instructions
- Ability to understand a premium/luxury design brand and translate its personality visually
Preferred Location:
Candidates based in Navi Mumbai / Rabale / Airoli / Vashi / Thane/ Mulund/ Vikhroli/ Bhandup/ Sub-urban Mumbai preferred, particularly those who can conveniently travel to the studio/factory area.
