Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, daily publishing, audience engagement, performance analysis, and developing strategies to increase reach, engagement, and video views.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies to increase audience reach, engagement, followers, and traffic.
• Conduct audience research to understand user interests, preferences, and content consumption patterns.
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report social media performance across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to achieve defined engagement and reach objectives.
• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent publishing.
• Handle day-to-day uploads and content management on YouTube and Facebook channels, including videos and Shorts.
• Research trending and high-performing content on YouTube and other social media platforms and provide recommendations for future content.
• Optimize video content using appropriate titles, descriptions, keywords, hashtags, Meta tags, thumbnails, and other relevant metadata.
• Coordinate with video, editorial, graphics, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery and publishing of content.
• Monitor daily video and social media performance and identify opportunities to improve views, watch time, engagement, and audience growth.
• Ensure all content follows the organization's social media guidelines, brand standards, and platform policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 - 6 years of experience in Social Media Management
• Hands-on experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other social media platforms.
• Good knowledge of YouTube SEO, video optimization, Meta tags, keywords, hashtags, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
