Social Media Executive

Whizz HR is on a lookout for a Social Media Executive to work with a leading advertising agency in New Delhi :

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for content creation.
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Execute influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
• Optimize content based on engagement, reach, and audience insights.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of social media assets and campaign requirements.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and communication across all platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Understanding of content marketing and digital marketing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
