Social Media Executive

• Manage and maintain the companys social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives.
• Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting of daily/weekly content.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer, Marketing, HR, and other departments for content requirements.
• Write engaging captions, post descriptions, hashtags, and promotional content.
• Monitor social media comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and other key metrics.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
• Support the promotion of company products, services, events, achievements, employee activities, and corporate updates.
• Coordinate for photos, videos, reels, creatives, and other digital content required for social media.
• Ensure all published content follows company branding and communication guidelines.
• Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content-creation tools is preferred.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
• Good coordination and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of pharma/healthcare industry social media content will be an added advantage.
