Social Media Executive

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow Aora Spectrums presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. The ideal candidate should be creative, trend-aware, and comfortable creating engaging content for a D2C nutraceutical and wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media handles, including posting, scheduling, comments, community engagement, and DMs.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.
• Create engaging content such as Reels, YouTube Shorts, carousels, stories, and static creatives.
• Identify emerging social media trends, formats, and audio and quickly adapt them to the brand.
• Conduct competitor research across wellness, health, fitness, and nutraceutical brands.
• Track social media performance and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with designers, influencers/creators, and the performance marketing team.
• Ensure all health, wellness, and product-related claims comply with brand and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of hands-on social media experience with a consumer brand, agency, or creator.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Indian social media trends/culture.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and social media analytics tools.
• Strong English copywriting skills; Tamil and Hindi knowledge will be an advantage.
• Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with influencers or content creators.
• Basic understanding of paid social media marketing.
• Interest or experience in wellness, health, fitness, nutrition, or nutraceuticals.
