Job Summary

Vionsys IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's and clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in Social Media Management, Content Planning, Campaign Execution, Community Engagement, and Performance Analysis to drive brand awareness, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute Social Media Strategies and Content Plans aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Coordinate with Content Writers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors for creatives, videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, platform algorithms, and emerging platforms for growth opportunities.
• Manage daily audience engagement, comments, messages, and community management.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns with the Performance Marketing team.
• Track and analyze performance using social media insights and analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Improve brand awareness, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and lead generation through organic and paid strategies.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand campaign objectives and ensure timely execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, content trends, and platform algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager preferred.
• Understanding of Social Media Analytics, Engagement Metrics, Performance Reporting, and Lead Generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong content planning and coordination abilities.
