Job Description Senior Social Media Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, trend-driven and analytical Social Media Senior Executive with experience in the Beauty, Fragrance or Personal Care industry. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end social media presence of our brands, driving engaging content strategies, supporting ecommerce content creation, managing influencer collaborations, and working closely with creative agencies to enhance brand performance.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, possess strong analytical skills, be proficient with AI-powered content creation tools, and have the ability to independently create first-level creatives whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives. (Brands: Creation Lamis, Jean Paul Dupont, Paris Collection, Maison de l’Avenir)
• Create and manage monthly content calendars across all social media platforms.
• Identify trending content, viral formats and emerging consumer trends to keep brands relevant.
• Work closely with creative and social media agencies, providing strategic direction and feedback based on platform performance.
• Analyse social media performance, derive actionable insights, and present recommendations to improve engagement and growth.
• Create and manage ecommerce content, including product creatives, banners, product pages and campaign assets for India, UAE, UK and USA.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer identification, onboarding, campaign execution and performance analysis.
• Create basic creatives, presentations and social assets using Canva and AI tools whenever required.
• Collaborate with Brand, Ecommerce and Marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns.
• Stay updated on platform updates, competitor activities and best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Mandatory experience in Beauty, Fragrance, Personal Care, Cosmetics or Premium FMCG brands.
• Experience in ecommerce content creation for global marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing metrics.
• Experience managing creative and social media agencies.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
