Social Media Executive

Job Summary

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for building and strengthening Relinns Technologies and BotPenguin's digital presence across social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, design, product, and business teams to create engaging content, execute social media campaigns, monitor performance, and build meaningful audience engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, curious about digital trends, and eager to learn how social media can drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media profiles for Relinns Technologies and BotPenguin.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars across relevant platforms.
• Create engaging captions, posts, carousels, reels, and other social media content.
• Coordinate with the Design Team for social media creatives and visual assets.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, trending topics, and relevant content opportunities.
• Monitor social media conversations, comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns for company services and products.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, growth, and other relevant metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance based on analytics and audience behaviour.
• Collaborate with the Product, Sales, HR, and Operations Teams to promote company initiatives, achievements, hiring campaigns, events, and internal activities.
• Assist in creating employer-branding content and showcasing Relinns workplace culture.
• Support content creation for product launches, feature announcements, client success stories, and company milestones.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, AI tools, content formats, and platform updates.
• Assist other teams with marketing and communication requirements as deemed appropriate by the company.
• Take ownership of assigned social media and digital marketing activities and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
