Social Media Executive

Role & responsibilities :-

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
• Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
• Write creative captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
• Support product launches, offers, and promotional activities.
• Track and analyze social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with influencers/creators for collaborations and campaigns.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Stay updated with Instagram/Reels trends, algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
