Social Media Executive - International Business

We're looking for a creative Social Media Executive to own and grow our international business handles. This role suits someone who lives on Instagram, knows what makes content perform, and can edit fast, engaging short-form videos. You'll handle everything from content creation and posting to performance tracking and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day management of our international Meta handles.
• Track trends across target geographies, then plan, publish, and optimize Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Posts.
• Drive follower growth, engagement, and reach through organic strategies.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to keep the brand consistent.
• Edit high-impact Reels, Stories, and static creatives for Instagram.
• Repurpose existing content into platform-native formats.
• Build and run a social media framework: content calendar, posting, comment handling, and ORM.
• Track reach, engagement, and growth, and share insights.
• Test new content formats and posting strategies to improve results.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in social media.
• Proven, metrics-backed organic Instagram growth.
• Experience turning long-form or raw footage into Reels.
• Basic influencer or creator collaboration experience.
• Ability to spot trends, hooks, and formats that drive reach.
• Strong copywriting for captions, hooks, and CTAs.
• Strong visual storytelling and brand alignment.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Awareness of diverse cultures for working with international stakeholders.
• Good communication, time management, and ability to run multiple campaigns.
• Tools: Instagram Edits, CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro (any), Canva, Lightroom, or Figma, Instagram Insights, and social listening tools.
• Good to Have: Post-graduation.
