Role Description The Social Media Executive role at CAREERBLOC is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the professional will manage social media channels for multiple clients, including planning calendars, creating and posting content, and monitoring engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with creative and account teams, executing paid and organic social campaigns, and optimizing performance based on analytics and platform insights. The Social Media Executive will respond to audience interactions, track trends, and prepare regular reports on campaign results and key performance indicators. The role also involves contributing ideas for new content formats and ensuring all social media activity aligns with each client's brand voice and marketing objectives.

• Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing and Marketing skills for campaign planning and execution.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and internal collaboration.

• Candidates should possess a relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field; agency experience is an advantage.
