About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and grow the social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging Reels, short videos, posts, stories and digital creatives based on project activities, events and achievements.
- Shoot and edit videos featuring project activities, facilities, beneficiaries, students, teachers and other stakeholders.
- Write social media captions, website content, blogs, articles and other communication materials.
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization and SEO-friendly content creation.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and content calendars to improve brand visibility, website traffic and audience engagement.
- Monitor digital and social media trends and ensure all content aligns with SRF Foundations brand and communication guidelines
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, Design, Film/Video Production, or related field with 24 years experience.
- Proficiency in video editing, graphic designing and strong photography/videography skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn and digital content creation.
- Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, website optimization, content writing & copywriting with good English proficiency.
- Strong creative, communication & interpersonal skills; experience in the education/social sector and a portfolio/showreel will be an advantage.

About
SRF Foundation formerly known as the Society for Education and Welfare Development, was set up as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of SRF Limited in 1982. It started by setting up The Shri Ram Schools (TSRS) and academically supporting SRF Vivekananda Vidhyashram under the vision of Padma Shri Late Mrs. Manju Bharat Ram. The Foundation builds on the heritage of its founders, Late Sir Shri Ram and Late Dr. Bharat Ram, who were instrumental in the establishment of institutions such as The Lady Shri Ram College, Shri Ram College of Commerce, The Shri Ram Research Institute, The Anglo Sanskrit School and many others.
Since the inception of the Foundation, its interventions have expanded. At present, it is actively involved with society at the grassroots level with an array of programs focused on education, skill development, natural resource management, and preventive health care. The Foundation is registered under the Societies Registration Act (XXI of 1860).
Through its educational programmes, SRF Foundation is bringing a difference in the lives of 81,310 students, in 430 schools (including 1 KGBV) at 21 locations across 12 states.
