Role Details

• Position: Social Media Executive
• Experience: 1–3 Years
• Location: Bangalore
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Contribute to the ideation and development of content IPs and recurring formats.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Monitor content performance and derive actionable insights.
• Optimise content based on data and platform trends.
• Support campaign launches and paid social initiatives.
• Participate in on-camera content when required.

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

• Meta Business Suite
• Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, or Buffer
• Instagram Insights
• Meta Ads Manager
• Sprout Social or Hootsuite Analytics
• Google Analytics
• Notion or Google Sheets
• Slack or Teams
• Drive or Dropbox
• Canva or Figma
• Trend tracking and social listening tools

Skills and Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media.
• Experience managing multiple brands or social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video formats.
• Ability to interpret analytics and optimise content accordingly.
• Clear communication and coordination skills.
• Good copywriting sense and storytelling abilities.
• An organised and process-driven approach.
• Camera-friendly is a plus but not mandatory.
• Exposure to performance marketing is an added advantage.
