Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage MHosting's social media presence across **Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn**.

* Create engaging **social media posts, graphics, carousels, reels, and short-form videos**.

* Use **Canva** or similar tools to create professional social media creatives.

* Develop content ideas related to **web hosting, domains, websites, WordPress, digital marketing, and online business**.

* Create and maintain a **weekly/monthly social media content calendar**.

* Write engaging captions, promotional content, educational posts, and campaign content.

* Research competitors, trending topics, hashtags, and relevant industry content.

* Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions.

* Help improve **social media reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness**.

* Assist with basic **digital marketing campaigns and online promotions**.

* Track basic social media performance and identify which content performs best.

* Assist with social media enquiries and identify potential business opportunities when required.

* Work with the team to brainstorm new content and marketing ideas.

* Maintain consistent MHosting branding and communication across social media platforms.

## Skills & Qualifications

* Basic understanding of **Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing**.

* Good knowledge of **Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn**.

* Basic knowledge of **Canva** is preferred.

* Interest in creating **Reels and short-form video content**.

* Good writing and communication skills.

* Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.

* Basic understanding of **digital marketing concepts, online branding, and social media trends**.

* Interest in **web hosting, domains, websites, WordPress, and technology**.

* Basic knowledge of social media analytics is an advantage.

* Willingness to learn new marketing tools and techniques.

* Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

## Preferred Skills
