About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Content Creator who can manage multiple brands, develop engaging content, participate in ideation and video shoots, and drive organic growth across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand both B2B and B2C marketing, have hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, and be capable of managing multiple brands independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage multiple brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Content Creation: Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, stories, and other social media content.
• Content Ideation: Develop creative ideas, campaigns, and content strategies for different brands and target audiences.
• B2B & B2C Content: Create relevant content for both business audiences and consumers, adapting messaging to suit each brand.
• AI-Powered Content Creation: Use AI platforms and tools to research topics, generate content ideas, develop scripts, and improve content creation efficiency.
• Shoot Planning & Execution: Participate in video shoots and coordinate with the team to execute creative concepts.
• Organic Growth: Improve reach, engagement, followers, and organic traffic across social media platforms.
• Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments and messages and engage with relevant audiences.
• Content Calendar: Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across multiple brands.
• Trend & Competitor Research: Identify trending topics, platform updates, and competitor content strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, and traffic.

Required Skills

• 12 years of experience in social media management or content creation
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Knowledge of both B2B and B2C content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools for content ideation and creation.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Strong content writing, creativity, and communication skills.
• Understanding of organic social media growth and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude, creative thinking, and willingness to take ownership.
