ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a creative, dependable Social Media Design Intern to bring our marketing and sales content to life. You'll work closely with our Founder's Office to turn ideas into polished reels, social posts, and sales and customer decks. Work comes in bursts, so we need someone who can move fast when a project lands and stay reliable in between.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the look and feel of our brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and the weekly newsletter, keeping every post, deck, video, and document consistent, recognisable, and on-brand.
• Edit and produce reels and short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube that reflect our voice and earn attention, using what performs to inform what we make next
• Build and polish sales, customer, investor, and marketing decks in Canva, and create reusable frameworks
• Explore AI-assisted video and visual content, and keep testing new tools and formats

• Partner with the Founder's Office to turn briefs and rough content into finished, on-brand work, while proactively bringing ideas and improvements to evolve the brand as we grow

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Good working knowledge of Canva (a must) and basic familiarity with Figma (a plus)
• Experience with any basic video editing tool (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.) and the ability to put together a clean reel
• A good eye for layout, typography, colour, and pacing
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
• Clear communication, openness to feedback, and the ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote setup, with discretion around unreleased decks and documents
