About Us:
Baking Hub Academy, led by Chef Ananya, is a professional baking school training the next generation of bakers and pastry chefs. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Brand Partnerships Executive who can manage our social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn while also building valuable brand collaborations.
Role Overview:
This role combines social media management with brand outreach and collaborations. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, go live during classes/events with Chef Ananya, keep up with trends, and actively bring in brand deals, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn with daily posts, reels, shorts, stories, and updates.
- Go live during classes, workshops, and behind-the-scenes activities with Chef Ananya/ Baking Hub.
- Create engaging, trend-driven content tailored to each platform.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Identify potential brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators in the food, baking, and lifestyle space.
- Contact brands, pitch collaborations, and manage partnership communications.
- Collaborate with Chef Ananya, trainers, students, and staff to showcase academy culture .
- Track analytics and provide insights for growth and engagement.
- Stay updated with trending formats, songs and viral sounds.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Content creation & editing skills (reels, shorts, stories).
- Quick, trend-savvy, and proactive in execution.
- Prior experience in social media partnerships or influencer marketing is a plus.
