Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary

AtDrive Technologies is looking for an organized, creative Social Media Coordinator to run our day-to-day presence on social media. You'll create and schedule posts, help build and manage simple paid ad campaigns, and keep our accounts active and engaging. It's a great fit for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with both content and paid social.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok [edit to match your platforms]
• Design graphics and short videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) using Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• Write captions and post copy in our brand voice
• Set up and manage basic paid ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager [and LinkedIn / TikTok / Google Ads] within an assigned budget
• Keep a monthly content calendar
• Reply to comments and messages promptly
• Track results (reach, engagement, clicks, ad spend) and send a simple monthly report
• Keep up with trends, platform updates and what competitors are doing

Requirements

• 0-2 years of social media experience (internships, freelance work, personal or student accounts all count)
• Hands-on familiarity with the major platforms
• Comfortable with Canva or similar tools; basic video editing
• Some experience with Meta Ads Manager, or eagerness to learn quickly
• Strong writing and a good eye for visuals
• Organized and reliable, able to manage several deadlines at once
• Nice to have Scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
• Adobe Express, Photoshop or Premiere
• Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
