Social Media/content strategy

Job Description: 

We are looking for a creative,energetic Content Creator and Video Editor who can take ideas from concept to execution across social media and digital platforms. You will work closely with the founders. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video creation, video editing, and graphic designing, and should also be comfortable appearing in front of the camera. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with content, understands social media trends, and can create engaging content independently.

Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, workshops, and brand communication.

Plan, shoot, edit, and publish Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, educational content, and other digital content.

Appear confidently in front of the camera for videos, reels, explainers, and promotional content.

Handle video editing including cuts, transitions, subtitles, effects, audio, color correction, and basic motion graphics.

Create graphics and visual creatives for social media, campaigns, presentations, posters, and other marketing requirements.

Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, captions, and content ideas based on the target audience.

Stay updated with social media trends, formats, memes, and emerging content styles and adapt them for the brand.

Collaborate with the marketing and business teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver content accordingly.

Maintain consistency in the brand's visual and communication style.

Manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills

Strong video editing skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar.

Good graphic designing skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar.

Comfortable using different content creation and editing tools and willing to learn new tools quickly.

Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Strong creative thinking with an eye for visuals, storytelling, and trends.

Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

Ability to independently conceptualize, create, edit, and deliver content.

Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Who We're Looking For

0–2 years of experience in content creation, video production, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and hands-on content creation experience are welcome to apply.

Someone who is creative, energetic, proactive, and comfortable experimenting with new content ideas.

A portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing + graphic design + social media content will be highly preferred.

Location: Bengaluru ( Work from Office)

Compensation: 4 LPA- 5 LPA

Joining: Immediate
