About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Manage company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Create engaging social media content, Reels, posts, stories and videos for real estate projects.
- Handle video shooting and photography at project sites, office, events and other locations.
- Perform basic video editing including trimming, transitions, captions, music and formatting.
- Develop creative content ideas, captions and basic scripts for digital platforms.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with external vendors for photography, videography, graphic designing and editing whenever required.
- Support digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns through Meta, Google and other platforms.
- Coordinate with Sales/CRM teams for project-related marketing content.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement and campaign results.
- Assist with website content updates and project-related digital content.
- Coordinate with internal team & external consultant for marketing activities
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience in Social Media & Content Creation.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.
- Basic video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or similar tools.
- Good communication, creativity and visual storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads/Google Ads will be an advantage.
- Real estate industry experience will be preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling to project sites for content shooting.
