Social Media Content Creator (Entry Level)

What Will You do

• Plan and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands.
• Attend client shoots and actively contribute to content planning and execution on-site.
• Research trends, competitors, creators, and content opportunities.
• Generate fresh content ideas based on each brand's identity and audience.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, video concepts, and basic scripts.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, videographers, and content creators.
• Manage publishing schedules across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure projects, content, and deliverables are completed on time.

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form content.
• Has strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Can think creatively and consistently come up with fresh ideas.
• Understands that good social media is about strategy, storytelling, and audience behaviour—not just posting.
• Is organized and capable of managing multiple brands and deadlines.
• Is proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership.
• Is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Can work well with a creative team.

Bonus If you have:

• Basic knowledge or experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Experience managing a brand, creator, college, or personal social media account.
• Knowledge of content creation, copywriting, or video production.
• An educational background in Psychology, Literature, Marketing, Media, or related fields.
