About Cricket with Forza
Forza Ventures has been setup with a vision to transform the sports, entertainment and digital media landscape by setting-up and incubating multiple businesses within these sectors, driving
innovation and growth with an aim to create long-term value. Cricket with Forza is the first venture out of that group.
The idea behind Cricket with Forza is straightforward: dominate the non-live cricket content space in India through original shows, in-depth analysis, personality-driven podcasts, travel vlogs, and behind-the-scenes content that keeps fans engaged 365 days a year, long after the final ball has been bowled.
We're building across YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and Spotify, with a roster of owned content IPs anchored by real cricket personalities: players, commentators, and creators.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media & Community Intern who understands the nuance of digital platforms and genuinely loves being part of online communities. At Cricket with Forza, you will be responsible for managing our presence across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook - scheduling content, engaging our audience, and translating performance data into smarter content decisions. This is a role for someone who sees social media as both a craft and a data challenge.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain publishing schedules across platforms in coordination with the content team
• Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner
• Monitor platform analytics and prepare weekly or monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Suggest content themes, trending formats, and platform-specific ideas based on audience data and competitive observation
• Coordinate with content and production teams to align social posts with video and editorial releases
• Track competitor accounts and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities
• Assist in developing platform-native short-form content concepts - Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook posts etc.
Required Skills
• Strong intuitive understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms and best practices
• Ability to write sharp, engaging copy quickly - captions, hooks, and calls-to-action • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or similar)
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple platforms
• Organized and proactive in managing content calendars and posting schedules
• A genuine passion for cricket and sports culture - you understand what fans care about
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience managing social media accounts, whether personal, freelance, or organizational
• Basic graphic design or asset-creation skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and hashtag strategy for Instagram and Facebook
• Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
• Coursework or a certification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies
What We're Looking For
• Someone who is always online in the best possible way - acutely aware of trends, memes, and cultural moments in cricket
• A quick-thinking content spotter who can turn a trending moment into an Instagram post before it passes
• Detail-oriented but able to move fast
• A natural communicator who can represent the brand authentically in every interaction
• Analytically curious - you always want to understand why a post performed the way it did
