About the Role
Career Launcher is looking for a creative, energetic, and digitally savvy Social Media & Community Engagement Intern to strengthen the online presence of our International Education vertical. The role involves creating engaging content, growing our social media communities, showcasing student success stories, and generating qualified leads through consistent engagement across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content, including Reels, short-form videos, static posts, carousels, stories, blogs, and graphics across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content around study abroad trends, university insights, scholarships, admissions, student success stories, visa updates, webinars, and career opportunities.
• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, discussions, and queries while building an active online community.
• Drive organic growth by increasing followers, engagement, reach, shares, and overall brand visibility across all social media channels.
• Promote student admits, scholarship wins, test scores, university partnerships, events, webinars, and other achievements through impactful campaigns.
• Identify and participate in relevant conversations, communities, and forums on platforms like Quora and Reddit to establish Career Launcher as a trusted authority in international education.
• Generate qualified leads through social media campaigns, content marketing, community engagement, and referral initiatives.
• Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to execute content calendars, promotional campaigns, and event marketing activities.
• Track content performance using analytics and recommend ideas to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and content formats to continuously enhance performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate about social media, content creation, branding, and digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills with excellent English proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, Reddit, and other social platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, or similar content creation tools.
• Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling, design, and trends.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
