We are hiring for a social media & campaign manager who is skilled in managing social media platforms and independently launching and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in social media management, paid campaigns, content planning, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
• Plan and coordinate posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, and other content formats.
• Launch, manage, monitor, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Set up campaign objectives, audiences, targeting, budgets, creatives, and ad placements.
• Manage Meta Ads and other relevant social media advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve results.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copy, and campaigns.
• Drive brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other marketing team members.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates.
• Track and analyze CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.
• Prepare regular social media and campaign performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and social media growth.

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Campaign Management.
• Strong hands-on experience in launching and managing digital advertising campaigns.
• Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective content formats.
• Experience managing multiple social media channels.
• Good knowledge of campaign targeting, budgeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and content planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Ads is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics .
• Familiarity with Canva or other creative tools.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is an advantage.

Experience in the Forex/Finance industry is not mandatory. Candidates with strong digital marketing, social media, and campaign management skills from any industry are welcome to apply.
