Social Media Associate

Job Summary

You will run social accounts for clients who need footfall and enquiries, not follower counts. That covers planning, writing, scheduling, community management and the client report, with a designer and a video editor to work alongside.

Responsibilities

• Plan calendars: monthly plans per client that match what the business is trying to sell
• Write captions and hooks that suit each platform
• Brief the designers and editors on what to make
• Answer comments and direct messages, and show what worked each month

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years running business accounts, not only personal ones
• A feel for what works on Instagram and on LinkedIn, which are not the same thing
• Organised enough to run several clients at once without dropping a post
