Job Summary: We are looking for a Social Media Associate to manage day-to-day social media content operations across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, hands-on experience with social media publishing and scheduling tools, and the ability to independently manage a content calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Write engaging, punchy, and on-brand social media captions.
• Develop educational, engaging, promotional, and community-focused content.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Take complete ownership of day-to-day content publishing and scheduling.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions across social media platforms.
• Respond to comments and DMs in the appropriate brand voice and escalate issues when required.
• Coordinate with the design, video, and content teams to ensure assets are ready and published on schedule.
• Ensure accuracy of captions, tags, links, hashtags, thumbnails, and posting times.
• Follow platform-specific content formats and best practices.
• Ensure social media content is aligned with applicable advertising and platform guidelines.
• Track basic content performance and maintain posting hygiene.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and ensure timely execution of the content calendar.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Marketing / Content Operations.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or similar scheduling/publishing tools.
• Good understanding of social media content formats and platform best practices.
• Ability to write engaging captions for educational, promotional, testimonial, and video content.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good community management and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a content calendar and meet deadlines.
• Experience in D2C, FMCG, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Nutrition, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
• Familiarity with ASCI, FSSAI, Meta guide
