About this role
Primary Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage community engagement, comments, and DMs
- Track platform-wise growth and engagement metrics
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithm changes
Content Design
- Design creatives for posts, stories, reels, and campaigns
- Basic editing of photos and videos for social use
- Maintain visual consistency in line with brand guidelines
- Create templates for recurring content formats
Performance Marketing
- Set up, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Monitor budgets, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and other key metrics
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Required Skills
Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, basic video editing tools
Technical: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
Other: Strong visual sense, understanding of current social media trends, basic photography/videography skills
