Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Marketing Executive to support content creation, social media management, and digital marketing initiatives across hospital events, the International Patient Desk (IPD), and niche social media platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Event Social Media Promotion & Support

• Plan and execute social media campaigns for hospital events.
• Coordinate event coverage through reels, stories, photos, and videos.
• Manage pre-event, live, and post-event content.

International Patient Desk (IPD) Content & Social Media

• Create and manage content for international patient audiences.
• Develop engaging and trust-building social media content.

Persona-Led & Niche Instagram Pages

• Build and grow persona-driven and niche social media pages.
• Develop content themes, publishing plans, and growth strategies.

Profile Building & Community Management

• Coordinate with the social media and marketing team to manage content calendars, brand consistency, and audience engagement.

Content Monetization & Lead Generation

• Support content monetization initiatives and partnership opportunities.
• Assist with lead generation and digital marketing campaigns.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing or growing social media accounts.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exposure to social media analytics and lead generation is an added advantage.
