Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Strategist/Manager to lead our digital presence and brand storytelling. This is a full-time, in-office role located in Gandhinagar, and we are looking for Female candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content, including reels, videos, and campaigns.
• Coordinate and participate in daily content shoots.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize content using data-driven insights.
• Improve brand visibility through SEO, AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO), and emerging digital marketing practices.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and identify new opportunities to grow our online presence.
• A total of 4 years of relevant experience is required.

Requirements

• Excellent on-camera presence and confidence in creating video content.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, branding, and content strategy.
• Practical knowledge of SEO, AI Search Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO), and content discoverability.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
