Social Media And Content Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Create and edit videos, reels, posters, creatives and other digital content.
• Manage day-to-day social media posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Plan and maintain the social media/content calendar.
• Write, edit and proofread captions, posts, blogs and other content.
• Manage and update website content, including blogs and posts.
• Repurpose existing content into engaging social media formats.
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Track basic social media performance and engagement.
• Ensure consistent branding, quality and timely delivery of all content.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 12 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong video editing and graphic designing skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Strong English writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Creative with a good eye for design and visual content.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress/website content management and SEO is an advantage.
• Proactive, organised and able to independently manage multiple content requirements.
• Portfolio of previous work is preferred.
