Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Social and Influencer Marketing Executive from an advertising agency background. The role involves planning and executing social media and influencer marketing campaigns for multiple client brands, including campaign ideation, content briefing, and calendar management. The Executive will identify, evaluate, and manage influencer partnerships, negotiate deliverables, and coordinate with internal creative, account, and media teams to ensure timely and high-quality output. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, managing social media communities, preparing reports and insights, and supporting public relations activities that enhance brand visibility. The role also includes maintaining strong client communication, staying updated on platform trends and best practices, and contributing to new business pitches and proposals as needed.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing skills, including identifying relevant creators, managing collaborations, negotiating terms, and tracking performance.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning, content coordination, platform management, and performance analysis.
• Candidates should possess Public Relations skills, including coordinating brand visibility initiatives, supporting media outreach, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales and client engagement skills, including supporting pitches, upselling campaign ideas, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Experience working in an advertising agency environment and managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X), analytics tools, and basic reporting in spreadsheets or dashboards is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage deadlines, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and adapt quickly to changing campaign needs.
