SOC Operator Role - Gurugram

This role requires individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment while ensuring timely response and maintaining situational awareness across enterprise security systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV, access control systems, alarms, and security incidents.
• Respond to alerts, document incidents, and escalate as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams during emergencies and critical events.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
• Support 24x7 security operations and shift handovers.

Required Skills:

• Freshers with SOC related internship, monitoring center experience, or relevant freelance/project experience are encouraged to apply.
• 6 months -3 years of experience in SOC/GSOC/RSOC, Monitoring Center, Command Center, or Control Room operations.
• Strong communication and incident management skills.
• Experience with CCTV monitoring, alarm monitoring, and access control systems.
• Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills: Alarm Monitoring, Access Control, Incident Management, Security Monitoring, Emergency Response, Reporting & Documentation.
