SOC & NOC Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor alerts generated by SOC and NOC tools.
• Perform first-level analysis and ticket creation.
• Escalate incidents based on defined procedures.
• Monitor server, network, endpoint, and application health.
• Support vulnerability remediation follow-up.
• Maintain operational documentation and shift reports.
• Participate in 24x7 monitoring activities.

• Monitor and manage security and infrastructure alerts.
• Perform incident triage, investigation, and escalation.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking.
• Monitor network, server, cloud, and endpoint security events.
• Prepare operational and security reports.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
