SOC Analyst

Key Skills Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity incident detection and resolution using Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platforms (CrowdStrike preferred)
• Strong exposure to Zscaler Zero Trust Architecture and other enterprise-level security controls
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Workstation and Server Operating Systems, particularly in an Active Directory environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor CrowdStrike console for medium, high, and critical severity incidents
• Take ownership of incidents through closure or escalate to the appropriate support tier
• Perform investigation, analysis, and remediation of security incidents
• Participate in ongoing Cybersecurity Teams discussions and coordination
