Snr Application Engineer

Dimension / Scope of the Job: Application Product Engineering - Hot Gaskets, Cold Gaskets, Heat Shields

• Study and understand application environment for all Hot Gaskets, Cold Gaskets and Heat Shields
• Study / Prepare Part Drawings Considering Engine / Package Boundary Conditions
• Work Out Design Proposals, Review with the Global Team and Submit to Customer
• Coordinate for Manufacturing Feasibility
• DVP Finalization with Customers
• Coordinate with the Customers - Sales Team - Internal Departments like Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance
• Return Part Analysis
• Visiting Customers as per Calendar to Generate New Business Opportunities
• Visiting Customers to Attend Functional Quality Issues
• Benchmarking of Competitor Parts
• Participate in White Space Analysis with Team
• Knowledge Capability to Handle IATF Systems/Documentation Responsibility for Engineering Dept.
• Working Knowledge of APQP/PPAP Processes
• Team Coordination Management
