Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer with strong expertise in DBT, Snowflake, IBM DB2, and IBM DataStage to provide production support for enterprise data platforms and data integration solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, data quality assurance, and ensuring the reliability and performance of critical ETL pipelines and data warehouse systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on support experience, and the ability to work closely with business, data engineering, application, and infrastructure teams.
