We are seeking a Snowflake Lead with strong expertise in Snowflake, DBT/Medallion Architecture, and Informatica to drive enterprise data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical skills with proven team leadership experience to deliver scalable, high-performance cloud data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Snowflake developers and data engineers.
• Architect and implement scalable data pipelines using Snowflake.
• Drive ELT workflows leveraging DBT, Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers), or Informatica.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization across projects.

Mandatory Skills:

• Snowflake (advanced, optimization, data modeling)
• DBT / Medallion Architecture / Informatica
• SQL, ELT/ETL design
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Team leadership and stakeholder management

Preferred:

• Snowflake certification
• Experience with modern data lakehouse architectures
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
