Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Developer to design, develop, and optimize cloud-based data warehouse solutions on Snowflake. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud platforms, with experience in building scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions using Snowflake.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and Snowflake objects.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Informatica, Matillion, DBT, or similar.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into Snowflake.
• Implement data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Dimensional Modeling).
• Performance tuning, query optimization, and cost optimization in Snowflake.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to deliver data solutions.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Data Warehousing and BI.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Strong SQL and database development skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration.
• Knowledge of Snowflake features such as Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Cloning, and Snowpipe.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Good understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake Certifications.
• Experience with DBT, Airflow, Kafka, or other modern data tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
