Snowflake Developer

Role & responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into Snowflake
• Optimize Snowflake queries and data pipelines for performance
• Create and manage data models, schemas, and database objects
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation processes
• Develop and maintain ETL workflows and pipelines
• Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse performance issues
• Stay updated with Snowflake best practices and new features

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as a Snowflake Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Snowflake SQL
• Experience with data modeling and schema design
• Knowledge of ETL concepts and tools
• Understanding of data warehousing principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
