Snowflake Data Engineer

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑scale data platform solutions on Microsoft Azure, aligned with Technology standards and architectural patterns. Architect and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions, including data modeling, performance tuning, cost optimization, and SQL standards. Build API’s using python or equivalent language Design and implement Kafka‑based streaming and event‑driven architectures, supporting real‑time ingestion and downstream analytics. Own end‑to‑end delivery of solutions from requirements through production deployment, including CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Establish and enforce coding standards, data engineering best practices, and design patterns across the team. Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance to improve code quality and maintainability. Drive operational excellence by owning monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for production workloads. Ensure all solutions meet enterprise security, data governance, and compliance requirements, including RBAC, access controls, and platform standards. Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, security, and product partners to align solutions with SDRP / Snowflake tenancy and Azure platform guidelines.
