Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Snowflake AI/ML and Data Science capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable data pipelines, developing data models, and optimizing data warehouse solutions to support analytics and data science projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures using Snowflake.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and Python scripts for data transformation, aggregation, and analysis.
• Implement ETL/ELT processes and translate business and technical requirements into dimensional data models, including facts and dimensions.
• Work with source Change Data Capture (CDC) to manage data changes effectively.
• Support data science projects involving large historical snapshot tables and multiple features.
• Implement and manage Snowflake data warehousing solutions, including architecture, performance optimization, and Snowpipe.
• Apply data modelling principles and best practices to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Implement data security and compliance measures in line with industry standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and design scalable, distributed data architectures.
